  • Messages & Comments: The content of Instagram direct messages and comments that are received by your connected Instagram account through Meta's Webhook API, solely for the purpose of triggering automated replies.
  • Usage Data: Logs of automated actions taken (e.g., messages sent, rules triggered).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

  • Provide and operate the automated DM and comment reply service.
  • Authenticate your identity and connect your Instagram account.
  • Match incoming messages/comments against your automation rules.
  • Send automated replies on your behalf via the Instagram API.
  • Display activity logs within your dashboard.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. Access tokens are stored in our database and are used exclusively for communicating with the Instagram API on your behalf. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Data is only transmitted to Meta (Instagram/Facebook) APIs as required to provide the automation service.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all stored Instagram tokens, rules, and message logs will be permanently removed.

7. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with Meta's Instagram Platform API. Your use of Instagram is also subject to Instagram's Privacy Policy and Meta's Terms of Service.
